google印度recruiter秒拒如何破解？

人在另一个大厂，google简历投了好多次，都是两天内半夜在portal里显示被拒，从时间看应该是被印度recruiter秒拒了？ 在LinkedIn上疯狂reach out了很多美国本地的recruiter没有一个人鸟我，这种情况该怎么办……

哎是的，但是感觉在google内部的人好像都不知道这个事情。外面想面试的人着急的要死。真的是冰火两重天。

I moved to the USA from India, despite the challenging job market because I have several close relatives there working in big tech. They're all well-positioned and supportive, and I came here hoping to get referrals into their companies. This increases my chances of securing interviews due to my connections. However, I'm concerned about the immigration implications: is getting referrals from relatives considered a form of help with immigration, or is it acceptable?

"Same boat.! I have my relatives working in FAANG. And couple of them are VP and other are the senior managerial level. But trust me their references are also not working. And me having a 7 years of experience it top IT tech back in India. I’m unable to land into a job even in basic tech companies. I sometimes regret the path of choosing F1.
